Connect your AI assistant to CrossCare

CrossCare Global provides a secure connector that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude work with your CrossCare information — for example checking your cases, journey timeline and visa status — without leaving your assistant.

Your CrossCare connector address

Every connection method below uses this address. Copy it once and paste it when your assistant asks.

Connect your assistant

Pick your assistant below and follow the steps.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT connector settings and switch on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there). If Developer mode is unavailable, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3Enter CrossCare Global as the name and paste your connector address into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connector, not just this one), then click Create.
  5. 5Enable CrossCare from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. 1Open Claude's connector page — the name and address are filled in for you.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the pre-filled form doesn't open, open Claude's Connectors page, choose Add custom connector, name it CrossCare Global and paste your connector address.
  4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. 1Run this one-line command in your terminal — it's the whole install, no config-file editing:
  2. 2Then start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm CrossCare is connected. If CrossCare protects its tools, Claude Code will ask you to sign in from that menu.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use CrossCare.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http crosscare-global 'https://www.crosscareglobal.ai/mcp'

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it and paste your connector address.
  4. 4Finish any sign-in or authorisation prompts.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask your assistant to use CrossCare.

Refresh after CrossCare changes

Your assistant remembers the connector as it was when you added it. When CrossCare ships improvements, refresh the connection so your assistant picks them up.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select CrossCare.
  2. 2Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT can't update an existing connector's address — if it changed, delete the connector and repeat the connect steps above with the latest address.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use CrossCare.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select the CrossCare connector.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. 3Claude can't update an existing connector's address — if it changed, remove the connector and repeat the connect steps above with the latest address.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use CrossCare.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads CrossCare's latest tools when it connects.
  2. 2If the address changed, run claude mcp remove crosscare-global, then run the install command above again.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use CrossCare.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the connection you created for CrossCare.
  3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the address changed, paste the latest address from above.
  5. 5Start a new chat or session and ask your assistant to use CrossCare.

Your privacy

The connector only shares what you ask your assistant to look up, and your assistant may ask you to sign in before it can access anything. CrossCare is a healthcare coordination platform — your assistant does not receive a medical diagnosis from CrossCare, and you should always consult a licensed healthcare professional about your care.
