Need urgent medical help away from home?
CrossCare Global Assist™
Medical help when you're away from home.
One contact. Local care. Global options.
Whether you're travelling for business, studying abroad, visiting family, receiving treatment overseas, going on pilgrimage or simply exploring the world, CrossCare helps coordinate the next step when a health problem happens away from home.
Emergency notice
If you or someone with you may be experiencing a life-threatening emergency, contact the local emergency service immediately. CrossCare Global Assist is an international medical coordination service and is not a replacement for emergency services.
Wherever you are
Urgent local care
Guidance to the local emergency system first, then appropriate local care.
An appropriate hospital
Local facilities matched on verified capability, not brand prestige.
Insurer coordination
We help open and document the case with your insurer or assistance company.
Family support
Agreed updates for the people who need to know, with your consent.
International specialist access
A second opinion or specialist review when local clinicians support it.
Medical transfer coordination
Transport and evacuation coordination when it is clinically required and authorised.
Recovery and return
Recovery support, follow-up and records that travel home with you.
These services are coordinated only where CrossCare has operational readiness. We never claim coverage in a country simply because the software supports it.
Local stabilisation first, then global options
CrossCare does not assume that your home country is the best destination. Where transfer is considered at all, we compare staying with the local provider, moving to a more capable provider in the same country, returning home or travelling elsewhere — on verified capability, provider acceptance, the treating clinician's assessment, transport feasibility, funding, immigration requirements and your own preference. Commercial relationships never override clinical suitability.
