Trust and moderation

Review guidelines & the CrossCare Trust Score™

How a review becomes verified

  1. 1. The reviewer is signed in and linked to a real CrossCare case.
  2. 2. The review is attached to that journey reference, never to an anonymous visitor.
  3. 3. Contact details, record numbers and other identifiers are blocked before publishing.
  4. 4. Published reviews can be reported by anyone and are reviewed by CrossCare moderators.

Community guidelines

Be respectful

Write as you would speak to someone in the room with you.

Share your own experience

Describe what happened to you, not second-hand accounts.

Protect confidential medical information

Never publish clinical records, diagnoses or another patient's details.

No threats

Do not threaten individuals or organizations.

No discrimination or abuse

No abusive, discriminatory or harassing language.

No advertising

No promotion, referral links or commercial solicitation.

Please do not include medical record details, diagnoses, doctors' notes, dates of treatment or any information that could identify you or another patient. Photos must be non-clinical.

Moderation

CrossCare does not edit the substance of a review. We only remove confidential information, abusive or illegal content, or material that breaches the community guidelines.
