Commercial Transparency Statement
CrossCare Global operates a commercial business. We believe patients and partners are entitled to understand exactly where our revenue comes from and how it is separated from clinical judgement.
Who charges what
Provider charges
Hospitals, clinics and licensed physicians set and invoice their own medical fees. CrossCare does not set clinical pricing and does not collect medical payments on a provider's behalf.
CrossCare charges
Where CrossCare charges a patient, it is a clearly stated coordination or service fee shown before any commitment. Partner organizations may hold paid membership or software agreements with CrossCare.
Third-party charges
Airlines, hotels, transport, translation, insurance and visa authorities charge their own fees under their own terms. Estimates shown in CrossCare tools are estimates, not confirmed prices.
Our commercial firewall
Membership tiers, sponsorship and any commercial relationship never influence clinical recommendations, hospital matching, Trust Scores or patient reviews. Commercial data and clinical matching logic are maintained separately, and paid placement is labelled wherever it appears.
What CrossCare is not
- CrossCare is not a hospital and does not practise medicine. Licensed clinicians make all medical decisions.
- CrossCare is not a payment processor and never holds patient funds; the Payment Navigator provides payment intelligence only.
- CrossCare does not certify fitness to fly; licensed doctors assess fitness and airlines make their own clearance decisions.
- CrossCare does not issue visas; Visa Intelligence supports readiness and documentation only.
