How we verify

A documented process, applied the same way to every partner

Verification is carried out by CrossCare coordination staff and reviewed on a recurring cycle.

  1. Step 1

    Application

The organisation submits its partnership application and profile.

  2. Step 2

    Identity verification

Legal entity and authorised signatory confirmed.

  3. Step 3

    Business registration review

Registration certificate and status checked against the issuing register.

  4. Step 4

    Licence review

Healthcare or operating licences reviewed where applicable.

  5. Step 5

    Insurance review

Liability and indemnity cover reviewed where applicable.

  6. Step 6

    Document verification

Supporting certificates checked for validity and expiry.

  7. Step 7

    Compliance checklist

Data protection, consent and service standards accepted.

  8. Step 8

    Quality assessment

Operational capability, staffing and response standards assessed.

  9. Step 9

    Interview (if required)

A coordination interview is held where the file needs clarification.

  10. Step 10

    Approval

Verification decision recorded with the assigned level.

  11. Step 11

    CrossCare Verified badge issued

The badge and profile go live in the Trust Center directory.

  12. Step 12

    Annual renewal

Documents, performance and compliance are re-reviewed every year.

What we check

  • We check who the organisation is. Legal identity, business registration and authorised signatories are confirmed before anything else happens.
  • We review licences and insurance. Where a healthcare licence or liability cover applies, we review the certificate, issuing authority and expiry date.
  • We assess operational capability. Staffing, response times, languages, emergency procedures and service standards are reviewed against our coordination requirements.
  • We keep checking. Documents are monitored for expiry, performance is tracked case by case, and every partner is re-verified annually.

Documents partners provide

  • Business registration
  • Healthcare licence
  • Insurance certificate
  • Accreditation certificate
  • ISO certification
  • Professional membership
  • Quality certificate
  • Facility photos
  • Staff credentials
  • Emergency procedures
  • Policies

Transparency

What the badge means — and what it does not

We are deliberately clear about the limits of our verification so you can make an informed decision.

What CrossCare Verified™ means

  • CrossCare has completed its documented verification process for this partner.
  • Registration, and where applicable licence and insurance documents, were reviewed and recorded.
  • The partner accepted CrossCare's service, communication and data protection standards.
  • Performance, feedback and compliance are monitored for as long as the partner remains active.

What it does not mean

  • It is not a clinical endorsement and does not predict or guarantee a treatment outcome.
  • It does not replace licensing, accreditation or supervision by a competent authority.
  • It is not a substitute for your own decision, or for advice from a licensed clinician.

CrossCare Verified™ means CrossCare has completed its documented onboarding, verification and quality review process for a participating partner. It does not imply or guarantee clinical outcomes, replace regulatory oversight, or substitute for accreditation or licensing by competent authorities. Licensing, accreditation and clinical governance remain the responsibility of the partner and its regulators.

Quality monitoring

  • Patient satisfaction

Structured feedback from completed journeys only.

  • Case volume

    Coordinated cases handled through CrossCare.

Share of accepted cases completed as planned.

  • Repeat referrals

Cases sent back to the same partner by coordinators.

  • Complaint rate

Concerns raised per hundred coordinated cases.

  • Resolution time

Average hours to close a raised concern.

  • Compliance score

    Document completeness and renewal status.

Report a concern

Tell us if something was not right

Every report is reviewed by a CrossCare coordinator. Urgent safety concerns are escalated immediately. If you need emergency medical help, contact local emergency services first.

Please do not include detailed clinical information in this form. A coordinator will contact you through a secure channel if medical details are needed.
