CrossCare Recovery Suites™

Recovery Suites China

China already has excellent tertiary hospitals. What international patients often lack is the coordination around discharge — language, pharmacies, suitable accommodation, transport back to follow-up appointments, and nursing at the recovery residence. CrossCare Recovery Suites China is built as a partner network, not a facility.

What patients struggle with after discharge

  • Patients and families do not speak Mandarin
  • Local pharmacies and prescription pathways are unfamiliar
  • It is unclear which hotels are actually suitable for recovery
  • Getting back to follow-up appointments is difficult without support
  • A nurse or physiotherapist may be needed after surgery
  • Family members are usually in another country

Why China is a strong fit

  • World-class tertiary hospitals
  • Competitive healthcare costs in many specialties
  • Extensive international hotel infrastructure
  • Strong transportation and high-speed rail networks
  • Growing international patient capabilities

How this service works

CrossCare Recovery Suites coordinates services delivered by appropriately licensed partner organisations. CrossCare does not present itself as the provider of regulated clinical care unless separately licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. CrossCare Recovery Suites is not a hospital, nursing home or home healthcare company, and it is not an emergency service.
