Commercial Transparency Statement

CrossCare Trust Center

CrossCare Global is a digital healthcare coordination platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers and coordinating the international patient journey. CrossCare is not a hospital and does not provide medical care.

Statements on CrossCare public pages are governed by our Trust & Claims Layer. Anything not verified is not published — you will see less information rather than an unverified figure.

How we verify

  1. 1. A statement is registered as a claim

Every factual public statement — coverage, capability, relationships, timelines — is recorded in the CrossCare Claim Registry with its wording, category and risk level.

  2. 2. Evidence and a source are attached

Each claim is linked to a source type such as an official government publication, a provider's own documentation, a signed agreement or an internal record. Evidence stays internal; only the source category is shown publicly.

  3. 3. A reviewer verifies or rejects it

A CrossCare reviewer verifies the claim against its evidence. Guarantees, autonomous-AI wording and unverifiable superlatives are rejected outright and cannot be approved.

  4. 4. Publication is granted per surface

Approval is granted separately for page copy, search metadata, structured data and AI discovery. A claim that is not approved for a surface never appears on it.

  5. 5. It is re-reviewed or it expires

Approved claims carry a review date. When a claim expires or its evidence lapses, it stops being published automatically rather than remaining live.

AI transparency

CrossCare uses AI to support coordination. AI does not diagnose, treat or replace a licensed clinician.

What our AI does

  • Coordinating steps, documents and reminders across a cross-border care journey.
  • Helping you search and navigate destinations, providers and published information.
  • Preparing shortlists and comparisons for a human coordinator to review.
  • Automating administrative workflow steps and status tracking.
  • Organising, summarising and checking completeness of submitted documents.
  • Gathering and structuring published reference information.
  • Presenting structured options and considerations to support human decisions.

What our AI never does

  • Diagnose a condition or interpret your results as a clinician would
  • Prescribe, recommend or approve a treatment
  • Replace a licensed doctor, hospital or regulator
  • Decide clinical eligibility, fitness to fly or visa outcomes

AI outputs are drafted for a human coordinator and are labelled where they appear. Licensed clinicians make all medical decisions, and every estimate is an estimate rather than a confirmed price.

Read our Commercial Transparency Statement for how revenue is separated from clinical recommendations.
